ABOUT JARC:  Launched in Baltimore 2015, JARC supports healthy communities and economies by teaching the skills workers need to earn a living wage. But they go beyond basic skills training. They also connect job seekers with good jobs in the manufacturing sector, and they foster the life skills that create a path out of poverty.
